    A high end offering of designer and high street labels, as well a generous choice of restaurants and bars. A great place to spend an afternoon, evening or even an entire day.

    Hout Bay Harbour Market
    This converted fish factory offers a high energy and vibrant meeting place for people of all ages and walks of life. The market not only offers food and entertainment but also has many craft wares for sale.

    Cape Quarter Village
    This is a unique shopping experience located in the historic De Waterkant district very close to the hotel. The Cape Quarter is home to a number of designers and unusual shops, as well as recommended restaurants.

    The Old Biscuit Mill
    A converted mill in the heart of Woodstock which has become synonymous with talented, innovative and inspired designers, artists and those with a particular passion for food and wine.

    Green Market Square
    This open air stall market is an historic corner stone in Cape Town and offers everything from flowers and fabrics, to sunglasses and original curios from Cape Town and the Western Province.

    Canal Walk Shopping Centre
    This regional shopping mall is located at Century City which is about 20 minutes outside Cape Town. The mall houses an extensive selection of shops, attractions and popular brands.

    Baia Seafood Restaurant
    Located at the Waterfront, this exceptional seafood restaurant offers a wonderful selection of seafood prepared in traditional and contemporary ways, an immense wine selection, great service, and all this is set against the breathtaking views of the Waterfront and the harbour.

    Willoughby and Co
    Set in the bustle of Victoria Wharf, this spot is much-loved by locals and is abuzz over both lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Enjoy sushi, tempura dishes, soups and salads out of a full Japanese kitchen.

    Kloof Street House
    Set in a magnificent Victorian house, this restaurant boasts a number of interesting rooms and spaces each one of which displays a unique character. The food is superb, as is the wine list and the staff are well trained and attentive.

    La Boheme
    This cosy and welcoming Sea Point based restaurant is a true bistro serving dishes which are both gourmet and hearty. It has a great wine selection, and many are served by the glass. The atmosphere is professional, yet relaxed and friendly.

    The Butcher Shop and Grill
    Following in the footsteps of its successful Johannesburg based brother, this restaurant offers Captonians the best of meat from local cuts of beef, lamb and game to Argentinian ribeye steaks and Kobe-style Australian Wagyu. In addition, it boasts an inviting variety of fish, all topped with a top drawer wine list.

    Located on the top floor of the old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock, this trendy, large space has redefined innovation in the kitchen by creating daring combinations in all their food. A lovely atmosphere and great staff.

    Irish chef Liam Tomlin has been taking the Peninsula by storm for the past few years, and this restaurant has enjoyed particular success. Here, it is all about the food; the sheer pleasure of taste, beautifully and artistically put together, all in tapas format.

    The Bungalow Restaurant
